Cycling enthusiast, Richard Pascoe, is MD of the well-known cycle shop, Bike Chain Ricci in Mount Ambrose and the affiliated Bike Chain Bissoe cycle hire centre and café. Over the years, Richard and his dedicated team of staff have been heavily involved in encouraging the entire community to take to their bikes, from children, to novices, to serious racers.
Richard’s latest venture has been the creation of Cornwall’s first ever elite professional cycling team, Saint Piran, which is giving talented Cornish riders the chance to compete at a national, and ultimately international level.
Competing every weekend throughout the UK and Europe, and requiring a considerable amount of equipment, Saint Piran were in need of a new team van. Richard had previously purchased his own personal car through Ignition, and realised it made financial sense to consider asset finance for business purchases too.
