Robbie Wells runs Moor to Sea Services, a domestic appliance repair company based in Redruth, serving customers from the Bodmin and Dart Moors to the Cornish and Devon coast.  The family-run business has been established for more than 24 years, with its trained engineers on call to repair washing machines, dishwashers, electric and gas cookers, refrigerators, tumble dryers, microwaves and coffee machines across the region.

Having previously purchased two vehicles for his service engineers with help from Ignition, Robbie recently requested further assistance purchasing a new Volvo V90 to use as his own company car.  Although business is going well and the company has enough funds to buy new vehicles outright, Robbie has found that it makes better financial sense to opt for a Hire Purchase solution and protect his working capital:

Bristol-based Byfield Services Ltd, is an independent plant hire company providing quality equipment for the building sector across the South West. The company owns a wide range of hire equipment from excavators and dumpers, to rollers and trailers.

Joint-owners Simon Dew and Spencer Thomas established the company in 2008, and over the last nine years the business has grown from strength to strength, acquiring more and more equipment in response to high demand from the construction industry in the region.

This month, Ignition helped Byfield Services purchase 20 new 9-tonne Thwaites Site Dumpers, to help keep up with demand.
