Our team at Ignition Credit is coming together with a shared purpose, to raise funds for Cancer Research by taking on their walking 100 miles in May challenge.
According to Cancer Research UK, around 1 in 2 people in the UK will now be diagnosed with some form of cancer during their lifetime.
With every team member having a friend or relative affected by this disease, the cause hits close to home. Cancer has touched the lives of so many, and we are determined to show our support in a meaningful way that makes a difference.
We have taken on a challenge that at times will push us to our limits, both individually and as a group. We have two team walking days on 13th and 20th May where we intend to walk 20 miles along the coast, and have committed to walk through our lunch hours, in the evenings and whenever else we get the opportunity to ensure we reach our goal of 100 miles in May.
